Your Sport Needs You Back

Shoulder pain blocking your bench? Knee keeping you off the trail? We find the root cause, build your individualized plan, and get you back to lifting, running, and competing stronger and more resilient than before.

Waiting Won't Fix the Root Cause

Pain Keeps Limiting Your Training

Every week you push through hoping it gets better but the same issue keeps showing up and cutting your sessions short.

Previous PT Left You Without Answers

Short sessions and cookie-cutter exercises didn't solve the problem. They managed your symptoms and sent you home without a real plan.

You're Losing Ground on Your Goals

Missing workouts adds up fast. Strength fades, confidence drops, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be keeps growing.

Common Conditions We Treat

Who We Help

People come to Revive when pain or injury is keeping them from lifting, running, competing, or getting through the day. Here's a sample of what we commonly address.

Low Back and Neck Pain - Back or neck pain that flares during training, squatting, running, or desk work and won't fully clear on its own.

Shoulder Pain and Rotator Cuff Issues - Shoulder pain with pressing, pulling, overhead lifting, or throwing that limits your workouts and sport.

Knee Pain - Pain during squats, running, lunges, or loaded movement including runner's knee, IT band syndrome, and meniscus-related issues.

Hip Pain and Impingement - Hip pinching, stiffness, or restricted range that limits squat depth, stride length, or performance on the field.

ACL and Post-Surgical Rehab - Structured rehabilitation after ACL, shoulder, or meniscus surgery built around returning to your sport stronger than before. See our dedicated sports physical therapy program.

Achilles and Plantar Fascia Pain - Tendon and foot pain that keeps flaring and limits your running volume, jumping, or training consistency.

Tennis Elbow and Wrist Pain - Repetitive strain injuries to the elbow and wrist that affect lifting, racquet sports, and overhead work.

Hamstring and Groin Strains - Recurring muscle strains that never fully heal and keep limiting your speed, power, and ability to train at full intensity.

Real Results From Revive PT Patients

See what athletes and active adults in Columbus are saying about one-on-one physical therapy at Revive.

The staff at Revive helped me avoid knee surgery and get back to my normal activities. Beforehand, I could hardly run with my injury. Then, 1 year later I completed my first 70.3 Ironman. The staff was always very accomidating to my busy schedule and was able to see me at times which were convient to me.

I struggle with shoulder pain and thanks to Michael Woodall, my flareups are less severe. He takes great care and attention in identifying the source of pain for quick relief. I’ve found my pain doctor and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing physical therapy in Columbus is a big decision. Here are the questions we hear most from athletes and active adults before starting care at Revive.

Will I have to stop training or lifting while I'm in PT?

Not necessarily. Our goal is to keep you moving as much as safely possible while we address the root issue. We'll help you identify what to modify and what to keep doing, so you don't lose months of progress while you recover.

How is this different from the PT I've done before?

Most traditional PT clinics run high patient volumes with short sessions and frequent handoffs to techs. At Revive, every visit is one hour, one-on-one, with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy and your plan is built around your specific goals and sport, not a generic protocol. Our one-on-one sessions often incorporate manual therapy techniques to address restrictions at their source.

Do I need a referral to come in?

No referral is required in Georgia. You can contact us directly to schedule a free 15-minute phone consult, and we'll talk through your situation to see if Revive is the right fit before you commit to anything.

Does Revive accept insurance?

Revive is a cash-based clinic and does not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request if you'd like to submit to your insurance independently for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your situation and goals. After your evaluation, we'll give you a clear picture of what to expect including a realistic timeline and what progress should look like at each stage of your plan.
