Meet the Team at Revive Performance Therapy
We're a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy in Columbus, GA dedicated to helping athletes and active adults across Columbus and surrounding communities overcome injury, restore movement, and perform at their best.

The Revive Approach
Every patient at Revive works one-on-one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, not an aide, not a tech. Whether you're here for physical therapy, manual therapy, or return-to-sport rehab, we find the root cause, build a personalized plan, and track real progress every visit.
The Principles Behind Every Visit
Great care starts with a clear standard. These are the principles that guide how we work with every athlete and active adult who walks through our door, from the first eval to the final session.
One-on-One, Every Session
You work directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a full hour, no technicians, no double-booking, no handoffs.
Root-Cause Evaluation
We don't chase symptoms. Every plan starts by finding what's actually driving the problem and addressing it at the source.
A Performance Mindset
The goal isn't just to get out of pain, it's to return to lifting, running, and competing with confidence and resilience.
Honest, Individualized Plans
Your plan is built around your body and your goals. No protocols, no guesswork, no one-size-fits-all approaches.
