How is this different from exercises I got from a previous PT?
Most PT clinics hand out a generic exercise sheet based on your diagnosis. At Revive, every program is built from your specific movement assessment, training goals, and sport demands, with progression built in from day one.
Do I need to be injured to get an exercise prescription?
No. We design exercise programs for athletes who want to build strength, optimize movement, or prevent injury, not just those recovering from a setback. If you want a purposeful, well-designed program, we can build one for you.
Will I be doing these exercises at home or in the clinic?

Both. In-clinic sessions are used to teach proper form, assess movement quality, and progress the program. Home and gym-based work builds on what you do in the clinic and accelerates your results between visits.

How long will my exercise program last?

That depends on your goals and where you're starting from. After your evaluation, we'll outline a realistic timeline and what each phase of your program is designed to accomplish.

Does Revive accept insurance for exercise prescription?

Revive is a cash-based clinic and does not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request for clients who want to submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
