FAQs

Common questions about our services, care model, and how we work with patients.

How is Revive different from other physical therapy clinics?

Unlike high-volume clinics where you share time with multiple patients or work with aides, every session at Revive is one full hour with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. We focus on finding the root cause of the problem — not just managing symptoms — and build a plan specifically around your body, your sport, and your goals.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance. Superbills are available upon request for clients who want to seek out-of-network reimbursement on their own. We also accept HSA/FSA payments and offer installment payment plans to make care more accessible.

Do I need a referral to get started?

No referral is required. In Georgia, you can come directly to us without a physician's order. The easiest first step is scheduling a free 15-minute phone consult — we'll talk through what's going on and help determine whether Revive is the right fit.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Not sure where to start? That's exactly what our free 15-minute phone consult is for. We'll talk through your situation, what you've already tried, and what your goals are — then point you toward the service that makes the most sense for you.

What can I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is a thorough evaluation. We'll run movement screens, strength tests, and a full assessment to identify the root cause of what's limiting you. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a personalized plan — not a sheet of generic exercises.
