What Columbus Athletes Are Saying

Real results from athletes and active adults who refused to settle.

We brought our granddaughter in for therapy,as she experienced knee problems during ROTC. We were a bit apprehensive as we didn't know what to expect, but once we arrived, we knew we couldn't have chosen a better place. Nicole and Becca were just great. They both were warm, friendly, caring as well as knowledgeable. Our granddaughter knee problems have been resolved, and she's able to continue her training. We highly recommend your company to others.

Revive Performance Therapy has been an integral part of my wellness program. I have been having shoulder issues and unable to really work that area correctly because of it. They have been working with me weekly to get it corrected. As I am prepping for a fitness competition this has been a tremendous help and they have also worked on other trouble spots I really did not know I had. I feel a lot better after visiting them.

I was having trouble doing some shoulder exercises due to pain and discomfort in my shoulder. I had heard about Revive Performance Therapy so I decided to check them out and I am so glad I did. The staff was extremally nice and helpful, walked me through every step of the process to get started. The treatments I received were top notch, hands on treatment as opposed to a 10 minute check and sent out the door with a sheet of paper and exercises. Within a couple of weeks I am already back to doing shoulder exercises pain free. Would recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your first visit at Revive.

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy in Georgia?
No. Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can schedule a free 15-minute consult and evaluation without seeing a doctor first. If your insurance plan requires a referral for potential out-of-network reimbursement, we can help you navigate that after your first visit, but you don't need one to get started.
How long are sessions and how often will I need to come in?

Every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. No technicians, no double-booking. Most people start with one to two visits per week and adjust based on progress and goals. We build your schedule around your training, not the other way around.

Do I have to stop training while I’m in PT?
Usually not. We work with your training plan and help you modify loads or intensity when needed, but our goal is to keep you moving. For most people, smart, guided activity is part of the recovery process, not a barrier to it.
Why is this more expensive than a traditional PT clinic?
We're intentionally cash-based because it lets us give you a full hour of one-on-one attention every visit, without the constraints of insurance billing. You get a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, advanced clinical tools, and a root-cause approach, not a shared session with a technician running through a generic protocol.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a thorough evaluation. We'll assess your movement, test your strength, and identify the root cause of what's going on. Wear athletic clothes you can move in and bring your current training shoes if you're a runner. If there's a specific movement pattern causing trouble, be ready to show us.
