How much does physical therapy cost at Revive?

Revive is a cash-based clinic — we don't bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer one-on-one, full-hour sessions with your Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit. We accept HSA/FSA cards and offer pay-in-full or installment options. Superbills are available upon request if you'd like to seek out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance on your own.

Your first visit is a full-hour evaluation where your Doctor of Physical Therapy conducts movement screens, strength testing, and a thorough root-cause assessment. You'll leave with a clear, individualized care plan built around your body and your goals.
